You must be at least 13 years old to use ViTuber. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Platform, you represent that all registration information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law.

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant ViTuber a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes), display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Platform.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant the above licence, and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, or violates our Community Guidelines.

The ViTuber name, logo, platform software, design, and all related marks are the exclusive property of ViTuber Technologies Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. See our Copyright Policy for DMCA/takedown procedures.

Premium subscription features, billing terms, and the 7-day money-back guarantee are governed by our Refund & Billing Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable GST.

Creator channels, wallet payouts, referral commissions, and sponsorships are governed by the Creator & Monetisation Terms, which supplement these Terms for creators.

You must not: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform; (c) use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without prior written consent; (d) transmit viruses or malicious code; (e) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (f) manipulate view counts, likes, or engagement metrics artificially; (g) circumvent any content access controls or digital rights management.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViTuber's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to ViTuber in the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViTuber, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent Platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
