Creator & Monetisation Terms

To apply for monetisation, your channel must: (a) have completed identity verification; (b) comply with all ViTuber policies; (c) have no active copyright strikes; (d) meet minimum thresholds set for the applicable programme (displayed in Studio → Monetisation).

ViTuber reserves the right to accept or reject monetisation applications at its discretion and to revoke monetisation access for policy violations.

Revenue share percentages are displayed within Studio and may be updated from time to time with 30 days' notice. Earnings are calculated based on verified platform activity (views, subscriptions, tips) and are subject to applicable taxes.

ViTuber deducts applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as required under Indian tax law before crediting earnings to your wallet. You are responsible for declaring all income and filing taxes in your jurisdiction.

Earnings accumulate in your ViTuber Wallet. Payouts are processed to your registered bank account or UPI ID when your balance reaches the minimum threshold (₹500 or as displayed in Studio).

You must provide accurate KYC (Know Your Customer) information for payouts. ViTuber may withhold payouts pending KYC verification or compliance review.

Payout processing time: 5–10 business days after request.

Creators may earn referral commissions by inviting new Premium subscribers using their unique referral link. Commission rates are displayed in Studio → Referrals.

Commissions are held for a 30-day maturation period before release to your wallet. Commissions are reversed if the referred subscriber requests a refund, initiates a chargeback, or is found to be a duplicate/fraudulent account.

Artificially manipulating referral activity (self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in commission forfeiture and account termination.

Creators may receive brand sponsorship offers through ViTuber's Sponsorship marketplace. ViTuber takes a platform commission (displayed in Studio) on facilitated sponsorship deals.

All sponsored content must be clearly disclosed to viewers in accordance with ASCI guidelines and applicable law. See our Influencer Disclosure Policy.

Monetised content must meet ViTuber's Community Guidelines and additionally must be advertiser-friendly. ViTuber may demonetise individual videos or entire channels that contain content unsuitable for advertisers (graphic violence, strong profanity, controversial political content) at its sole discretion.

Monetisation access may be suspended or terminated for: copyright strikes, Community Guidelines violations, fraudulent activity, false KYC information, or inactivity (no content published in 6+ months). Earned but unpaid balances will be paid out after a 90-day review period, except where forfeited due to fraud or policy violations.

Disputes regarding earnings, payouts, or commission calculations must be submitted to [email protected] within 60 days of the relevant transaction. ViTuber's calculations are final unless there is a demonstrable technical error.
