3. Counter-Notice by User

Note: ViTuber may forward the counter-notification to the party who submitted the original copyright infringement claim.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

ViTuber has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once and/or has had content removed from ViTuber more than once.
